ENROLMENT & ADMISSION


The candidates seeking admission in the polytechnic are required to fill in the prescribed form appended to this prospectus obtainable from the office of the Polytechnic from 9.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on all the working days. Admission form can also be downloaded from the website of the polytechnic . Each application shall be accompanied by:

• Copies of certificates and marks sheets of the earlier exams passed
• One latest pass-port size photograph.

Admission to govt. recognised courses are done on the basis of the rules laid down by the recognizing body. For other courses, admission is on the basis decided by the Management Advisory Committee. Seats being limited in each course, students are advised to apply in time to secure admission. Admission for courses of the Polytechnic is done round the year ,with additional batches during the summers.

FINAL EXAMINATION

The examination will comprise of two parts

• Examination by the Polytechnic, and
• Project work.

For Govt. recognised courses the examination fee as laid down will apply and examination as prescribed will be conducted.
